Please keep an eye out for a couple of important notices coming home with your children today:

• Sports Day Menu: A menu notice is coming home today. Please ensure all completed food orders are handed into the school office by this Friday.
• Room 2 Cricket Festival Update: Due to today's cricket festival being postponed until this Thursday 24th September, Room 2 students will need to refill their consent forms. Just so we know about the transport.  A new form is coming home today—please complete and return this to the office as soon as possible.

Dear Parents

We have had a change in circumstances with helpers for the afternoon tea and desperately need 2-3 more helpers to assist with this please.  Even if you have a helpful big kid at home who could help, that would be awesome. We are only a small school and there are a small number of people doing a big number of jobs to get this 125th Anniversary underway. Registered guests will not be able to help as they will be attending the Assembly.

Please remember pickup for children on Friday is 4 pm sharp for all parents who are not registered guests of the 125th Anniversary.

Children need to be in their best uniforms and very tidy, with hair tied back please.

Dear Parents and Whanau,

Our 125th Anniversary is right around the corner, and this milestone wouldn't be complete without you! This celebration is as much for our current families as it is for our history, and we would love for you to be a part of this special day.

Event Schedule & Details - Friday 18th September 2026

·  12.30 PM - Daytime Activities: The celebrations kick off with a special classroom programme, followed by an official assembly over at the Fairton Hall.

·  3:30 PM – Unveiling & Afternoon Tea: We will host the official unveiling of the school bell, followed by afternoon tea. We would love for all the children to stay after school to enjoy this part of the day with us.

·  6:00 PM – Anniversary Dinner: The festivities will continue into the evening with a celebratory dinner at the Celtic Clubrooms.

Tickets & Registration

·  Cost: $50 per person (covers both the afternoon tea and the evening dinner). 

·  RSVP: Please let us know if you plan to attend the evening event by 10th September so we can finalise catering.
